Job summary

Qualifications

• Patience and motivation to support learning of young children.
• Experience with children is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to work with ASD, behavioural issues and learning difficulties would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver creative, well-planned lessons.
• Engage, support and develop children’s learning and participation.
• Create a positive, dynamic learning environment and monitor student progress.
• Assist with delivery of core subjects and cross-curricular activities.
