You will support learning across Foundation Stage, KS1 and KS2, assisting with lesson delivery, small group work, and one-to-one guidance. This full-time role runs 8:30am–3:30pm and pays £92.59–£95 per day.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a desire to start a career in education.
• Desirable experience in tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or volunteering with children, though not essential.
• Interest in SEND, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lesson delivery across early years and primary key stages.
• Support small group work and provide one-to-one guidance as needed.
• Create a calm, stimulating learning environment and monitor pupil progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to support academic and emotional development.
