You should hold QTS, adapt teaching for SEND and EAL, maintain high behaviour standards, use assessment to inform progress, and actively engage with families and colleagues while upholding safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or equivalent.
• Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons with curiosity and love of learning.
• Adapt teaching to SEND, EAL, disadvantaged and higher attainers.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and attainment in an inclusive environment.
• Use assessment to monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, families and colleagues, and contribute to wider community.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Demonstrate reflective teaching and professional development.
