Job summary

Make accurate and productive use of formative and summative assessment to identify what pupils know, understand and can do and determine appropriate next steps.
Create an inclusive classroom in which every child is valued, supported and able to participate.
Establish positive, respectful relationships with pupils based upon warmth, consistency and high expectations.
Have a clear understanding that safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone's responsibility.
Demonstrate consistently high standards of personal and professional conduct in accordance with the Teachers' Standards.
Contribute to the school's priorities for improvement.
Engage fully with the school's programme of instructional coaching and professional development.
