QTS is required and experience in a primary setting, with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, exceptional classroom management, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and attendance.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, school events and extracurricular opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
