As part of Exceed Academies Trust, we are committed to delivering high-quality education that enables every child to thrive academically, socially and personally. At Bowling Park Primary School, this commitment is reflected in our ethos: "Learn together, achieve together." We are proud to be a vibrant, inclusive school where children are at the heart of everything we do.

Due to the current needs of the school, we are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of, or a passion for, working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, including our Nursery provision. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our youngest learners to develop the confidence, independence and foundations they need for future success. This post is to support our current Nursery provision and offers a part-time working pattern. The post will be worked 8:30am to 12:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and all day on Wednesday. Attendance at the weekly staff meeting on Wednesdays is a required part of the role.

We are looking for an inspiring practitioner who has high expectations for all children, a commitment to ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential, and the ability to create engaging and nurturing learning environments. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to provide exceptional opportunities for all children to learn and flourish. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and dedicated team within a school and Trust that values collaboration, professional development and continuous improvement. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher, you will be supported to develop your practice and contribute to our shared vision of excellence for all. If you are passionate about early education, committed to high standards, and eager to make a real difference to children's lives, we would love to hear from you.

We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, faiths and ethnicities and will ensure a fair recruitment process without discrimination, in compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
