Job summary

EQUA Mead Learning Trust invites applications for a Class Teacher role within a Wiltshire-based trust. You will contribute to a collaborative learning community, supporting pupil progress, wellbeing and inclusion through high-quality teaching and reflective practice.

You will plan, teach, assess, and adapt lessons to meet diverse needs, including SEND, while upholding safeguarding and professional standards. DBS checks apply during the selection process.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching that inspires, challenges, and enables all pupils to achieve their full potential through engaging lessons and a stimulating learning environment.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents and external agencies to promote pupil progress, wellbeing and inclusion.

Job description

The role requires excellent classroom practice, strong behaviour management skills, and a commitment to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. We are looking for a reflective practitioner who is passionate about primary education, committed to continuous professional development, and eager to contribute to the wider life, values, and ethos of the school.
