Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within a GP Practice setting.
• Undertake chronic disease management clinics, including Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and Hypertension.
• Administer vaccinations, immunisations, and injectable medications.
• Perform cervical cytology and support family planning and contraception services.
• Provide wound care, dressings, and post-operative care.
• Support minor surgery clinics alongside GPs.
• Undertake patient assessments, triage, and follow-up care.
• Promote health education, lifestyle advice, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary primary care team.
• Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
