Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat prescribing systems at scale across the PCN.
• Coordinate safe supply and management of high‑risk medicines.
• Update patient medication records from clinical correspondence.
• Advise on prescribing changes to improve safety and cost effectiveness.
