Job summary

The Mission Practice in London is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our skilled nursing team and wider MDT. You will contribute to holistic patient care within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment and provide home visits where needed.

You should have phlebotomy experience and be willing to develop clinical competencies in line with practice policies. A strong patient-centred approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as part of a team.
• Experience in phlebotomy.
• Willing to develop clinical skills and competency relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake phlebotomy and venepuncture as trained.
• Provide care to housebound patients when required.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety throughout care.
• Record information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
