Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking motivated General Practitioners to join its established primary care teams in Barking and Dagenham. You will provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients across all ages.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care with opportunities for clinical governance, quality improvement and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• CCT in General Practice (or equivalent, within 6 months).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team.
