We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at HMP Leeds, a category B Prison located in Gloucester Terrace in the Armley area of Leeds in West Yorkshire.

Hours

37.5 hours a week, over 5 days (considering 4 days). Shifts from 8-4pm if working 5 days, or 7-5pm over 4 days. No weekends or nights, with possible ad-hoc shadowing support.

Salary

Full-time position with an annual salary up to £55,996 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

• Provide clinical leadership and management to nurses and care teams.

• Coach, manage, and develop clinical staff; support audits and governance; review protocols.
• Chair healthcare meetings, provide supervision, and conduct investigations.
