Job summary

Neath Port Talbot Council is recruiting for a Breakfast Club Cook at Crynallt Primary (Junior site) in Neath. The role is term-time only, 3.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am–8.45am.

You will lead the breakfast club in line with Welsh Government guidelines, order and prepare food, and supervise catering staff within the school catering team. The post is subject to safeguarding checks and enhanced disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the free breakfast club in primary schools as laid down by Welsh Government guidelines.
• Ordering and preparation of food and service of breakfast.
• Organisation and supervision of staff as part of the school catering team.
• Adherence to Food and Health and Safety Regulations and high standards.
• Training required for the post.
