Job summary

The Actuary is recruiting a Pricing Transformation Actuary to shape the future of underwriting by developing and enhancing pricing models that support better business performance. You will work with underwriters, actuaries and tech professionals to deliver practical, data-driven pricing solutions on a modern platform.

You will strengthen pricing capabilities through analytics, automation and AI-enabled tools, while sharing knowledge with junior colleagues and extending the reach of pricing

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, enhancing or supporting pricing models in insurance or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language and ability to go beyond basic spreadsheet functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and models used to support underwriting decisions and performance.
• Enhance pricing models on a modern pricing platform and contribute to calibration and validation activities.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, technology specialists and change professionals to deliver data-driven pricing solutions.
