Job summary

Eaton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing to drive data-driven improvements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA. The role requires a strategic mindset to link process improvements with commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing excellence, and enhanced customer experience.

You will design scalable pricing enhancements, reduce manual work, and align pricing strategy with operational execution across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of pricing experience (Finance or Sales on top of pricing is an advantage).

Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end pricing processes (pricing governance, approvals, business analytics, budgeting, CPQ and price execution) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing process improvements across regions.
Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation.
Ensure continuous alignment between pricing strategy, policy definition, and operational execution.
