You will ensure every deal has full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quotes are released, and you will set pricing governance and guardrails to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of pricing experience.
• Commercial Finance or Sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA with full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quote release.
• Define and enforce pricing structure, cost build-up, margin architecture, and risk pricing for project deals.
• Implement pre-quote gates to ensure complete inputs before tender submission.
• Clarify pricing decision ownership among Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance.
• Lead continuous pricing improvements, standardisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Extract and structure deal-level insights to refine pricing guardrails.
