Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Pricing Manager/Business Analyst/Product Manager to drive pricing strategy with a data-driven approach. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Customer teams to shape pricing and improve margins.

You will own data modules, analyse pricing structures, and present insights to stakeholders at all levels. Hybrid role based near Northampton with flexible office options and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Business Analyst, Product Manager or Pricing Manager with a data-led approach.
• Experience using ERP/MRP and reporting tools to support pricing decisions.
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the data and pricing modules across customer groups.
• Use data to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
• Analyse pricing structures, contracts, fees and systems for cost reduction.
• Develop understanding of competition and target audiences.
• Support Sales, Purchasing, Operations and pricing updates across the business.
