We are looking for a Pricing Lead (f/m/d) to lead our company-wide pricing strategy and operations. This role will be critical in shaping the way Moss monetizes its multi-product platform across diverse customer segments, channels, and geographies. You will own our pricing architecture — from packaging design and incentive models to system integration and governance
As a strategic leader within the Commercial function, reporting into our VP Revenue Operations, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to balance customer value, product adoption, and revenue growth across Moss’ SaaS and Financial Services offerings.
Your Responsibilities
As a Pricing Lead, you will in particular work on the following topics:
Develop and execute pricing & packaging strategies across Moss’ product lines, aligning monetization with product value, customer segments, and market trends to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Own and optimize Moss’ pricing models and tooling, including technical pricing components like freemium and cashback, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and RevOps.
Design and govern incentive models, balancing acquisition and retention goals with unit economics through scalable frameworks and automated systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Enable cross-functional alignment and implementation, ensuring pricing strategy is embedded in product, GTM, and commercial systems with clear governance and compliance standards.
Continuously test and analyse pricing impact, providing strategic insights and proactive recommendations to leadership on pricing efficiency, competitive positioning, and revenue opportunities.
