Job summary

hireful is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst or Pricing Lead to join a risk pricing team in London.Hybrid role—office one day a month—commutable from many regions. Competitive salary up to £60k for Senior Analyst or £75k for Pricing Lead, plus extensive benefits.

You'll build pricing models using GLMs and ML, drive R&D, monitor risk and pricing assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights for market pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in general insurance pricing, ideally personal lines.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve risk pricing models using GLMs and ML to enhance pricing accuracy.
• Lead R&D and feature engineering to raise model sophistication.
• Monitor loss ratios, risk mix, and pricing assumptions; translate findings for market pricing.
• Help shape processes and documentation to keep outputs accurate and transparent.
