Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a specialist insurer to appoint a Pricing Lead who will own pricing strategy, analytics and fraud initiatives. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape methodologies, build models and governance, and deliver insights that drive commercial growth.

The role requires 5+ years in personal lines pricing (motor ideal), strong Python and ML knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in personal lines pricing, ideally motor insurance.
• Strong Python skills for building pricing models and analytics.
• Solid grasp of pricing methodologies including statistical and ML techniques.
• Experience with rating engines and implementing pricing changes.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing capability across multiple products and models.
• Shape pricing strategy and develop analytical frameworks.
• Deliver portfolio analytics and performance insights for decisions.
• Develop fraud analytics and integrate into pricing and underwriting.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, data and tech teams on change.
