I am working with an emerging Insurtech company seeking a technical Pricing/Data Science professional. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about data, and eager to join a small, high-performing team to play a key role in driving the business forward. The team utilizes an in-house pricing system that combines traditional Emblem GLM models with machine learning models developed in Python.

The client has an office based in London; however, this role can be fully remote.

Required skills:

1. Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude — essential for thriving in a small team environment where initiative and independent working are key.
2. Strong technical pricing background, ideally with experience using WTW Emblem; retail pricing and/or exposure to data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, Python) within a pricing context is highly desirable.
3. 3 to 8 years of experience within personal lines insurance is required.
