I am working with an emerging Insurtech company seeking a technical Pricing/data science professional. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about data, and eager to join a small, high-performing team to drive the business forward. The company utilizes an in-house pricing system that combines traditional Emblem GLM models with machine learning models developed in Python.

The role is based in London, with the option to work fully remote.

Required skills:

• Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude — essential for thriving in a small team environment where initiative and independent working are key.
• Strong technical pricing background, ideally with experience using WTW Emblem; retail pricing and/or exposure to data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, Python) within a pricing context is highly desirable.
• 3 to 8 years of experience within personal lines insurance is required.
