Job summary

Marshmallow seeks a data science leader for pricing to own loss ratio views, guide commercial actions, and drive strategies with claims, finance and product teams. You will translate analytics into clear insights for senior stakeholders while managing a small team of data scientists in a fast-paced, hybrid London environment.

You’ll balance technical judgment with storytelling, embracing uncertainty and partnering with adjacent functions to connect pricing insights to business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, risk or related data-heavy domain.
• Ability to translate analytics into commercial actions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering impact under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Own Marshmallow’s loss ratio view and recommend actions.
• Lead pricing performance discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage and develop pricing data scientists.
• Drive cross-functional investigations with claims, finance and product.
• Shape deployment of data science talent across workstreams.
