Job summary

WR Logistics in North London is seeking a Pricing Controller with 7+ years in pricing or commercial analytics to shape pricing and promotional strategy across our fast-moving wholesale business. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to turn data into commercial decisions, lead pricing analytics, and coach a team of Pricing Analysts.

Qualifications

7+ years in pricing or commercial analytics.
Experience in retail, FMCG/CPG or similar environments.
Strong analytical skills with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

Shape pricing and promotional strategy across the business.
Partner with senior stakeholders to turn insight into action.
Improve pricing, promotions and margin measurement.
Develop elasticity modelling and pricing analytics.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics, BI, IT and Supply Chain to improve pricing tools.
Represent Pricing in senior trading and strategic discussions.
Lead continuous improvement across pricing.
Coach and develop Pricing Analysts.
