Job summary

Tokio Marine Kiln is seeking a Pricing Manager to join the Actuarial & Analytics team. You will deliver pricing insights and shape underwriting strategy, blending technical depth with leadership exposure for portfolio performance impact.

Reporting into the Senior Pricing Manager, you’ll develop pricing models, conduct analyses, and support business planning while ensuring regulatory and governance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pricing workstreams to deliver insights across underwriting divisions.

• Conduct profitability, capital, claims and segmentation analyses.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to support strategic decisions.
• Develop skills and capability within the Pricing & Analytics team.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support and cover for the Senior Pricing Manager as needed.
• Ensure delivery of value with a focus on execution and governance.
