Job summary

ClarusONE Sourcing Services, LLP seeks an Associate Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy across the Sourcing organisation. You will analyze supplier pricing, market dynamics and member economics to identify opportunities and risks, and help develop negotiation frameworks and pricing improvements.

The role is hybrid, based in London with on-site work two days per week. Aiming to strengthen pricing analytics capabilities, you will build models, dashboards and reports to inform commercial

Qualifications

• Typically, 0-2 years of relevant experience; may have degree or equivalent.
• Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, strategic sourcing, finance and/or supplier management.
• Ability to convert complex datasets into commercial actions and recommendations.
• Experience preparing for or participating in supplier or customer negotiations.
• Experience assessing financial impact, constructing commercial scenarios and tracking realised value.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare distribution, procurement or generic-drug market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for commercial objectives.
• Prepare negotiation strategies via historical pricing and market intelligence.
• Conduct pricing, spend and market analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Monitor supplier pricing trends, inflation and market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies.
• Develop models and reporting to assess pricing performance and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional pricing projects from problem definition to benefits tracking.
