Job summary

Nationwide Platforms, part of the Loxam Group, seeks a Pricing Assistant to join the Finance team at the Lutterworth Head Office. You will support pricing integrity, analysis, and commercial decision-making to drive profitable growth.

The role involves data handling, process improvements, and close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver robust pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Pricing Team mailbox and responding to pricing and rate queries from Sales teams.
• Maintaining pricing data and system rates, ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Investigating daily pricing exceptions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Supporting the review and approval of customer pricing agreements and fixed rate agreements.
• Assisting with annual pricing reviews and rate increase programmes.
• Providing profitability analysis and support for long-term hire rate requests.
• Producing customer rebate statements and maintaining rebate trackers.
• Delivering reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across Sales, Finance and Commercial functions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve pricing processes, controls and data management.
• Supporting wider commercial projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
