About the role

Based at our Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with flexible working-from-home arrangements, this Pricing Analyst role offers the chance to join a supportive, inclusive team focused on delivering fair pricing that meets our members' needs.

Your responsibilities will include extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to our Motor products, conducting complex pricing analyses, developing rating logics, building pricing models, and preparing reports for stakeholders. You will ensure adherence to policies and standards and support business decisions and regulatory compliance.

We provide a structured development framework with clear career progression, regular reviews, and ongoing training. Your manager will help create a tailored action plan to reach your professional milestones.

About you

We seek a proactive, analytically minded professional with recent experience in insurance or brokerage pricing. You should be capable of analyzing large datasets, drawing sound conclusions, and demonstrating excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ideally, you will have:

• A degree with a numerical or analytical focus
• Experience in financial forecasting based on trend analysis
• Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, or price optimization projects
• Experience with SQL, Radar, and/or Emblem
