CTM UK, part of Corporate Travel Management Group, is seeking a Pricing Specialist / Analyst to design, develop and deliver pricing models for bids across the UK and EU. You will work with Commercial, Sales and Operations to ensure proposals reflect CTM’s cost base, margins and competitive position.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this hybrid role requires rigorous financial analysis, stakeholder communication and the ability to handle evolving data inputs in a fast-paced environment.
CTM UK forms part of the global Corporate Travel Management Group, headquartered in Australia, operating across more than 20 countries worldwide, serving multinational, public sector and mid-market clients. The UK operation acts as the European headquarters, with offices in London and regional hubs serving private sector, government, and public sector clients.
The Pricing Specialist / Analyst is a commercially critical role within the Finance function, responsible for the design, development and delivery of pricing models that support CTM’s bid and tender activity across the UK and EU.
Working closely with the Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams, this role ensures that all client proposals are underpinned by robust, data-driven pricing structures that reflect CTM’s cost base, margin requirements, and competitive positioning. The role plays a central part in enabling CTM to win and retain commercially sound client relationships.
This new role reports to the Head of FP&A. The role is hybrid, 3 days per week in our London office.
Please note that this role requires a security clearance process (you must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible) and a DBS check. Do not apply if you are not willing to undergo these conditional background checks, this continually applies during the course of your employment.
