We’re Seeking a Strategic And Analytical Thinker With

• A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Data Science
• Deep knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory framework
• Proven experience in retail insurance pricing roles, ideally for Motor and Home products
• Proficiency in pricing tools (e.g., EMBLEM, AKUR8) and programming languages (Python, R)
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• A track record of leading pricing projects or teams
