Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an experienced PCD Management Lead to join the Capital Delivery PMO in a hybrid Peterborough role. You will oversee Price Control Deliverables across the AMP8 programme, delivering robust governance, risk-based insight and senior stakeholder reporting.

You will coordinate data from Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and Delivery teams, ensuring actions are taken to keep commitments on track and improve portfolio controls and assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, programme management, PMO, project controls, governance, assurance or a similar delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio-wide management and oversight of Price Control Deliverables across AMP8.
• Provide accurate and forward-looking reporting on delivery performance, assurance and regulatory commitments.
• Bring together data, risks, issues and delivery information from multiple teams to create a single view of performance.
• Identify emerging risks to delivery and drive actions through to completion.
• Establish robust governance, controls and evidence management processes.
• Coordinate assurance activities and support responses to internal and external scrutiny.
• Challenge delivery teams constructively to ensure commitments remain on track.
• Prepare decision-ready insight, reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and Delivery teams to maintain alignment across programmes.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio controls, reporting and assurance processes.
