Anglian Water is seeking an experienced PCD Management Lead to steer the Capital Delivery PMO and oversee AMP8 Price Control Deliverables. You will integrate data from Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and Delivery teams to provide a clear, action-oriented view of performance and risk.

Hybrid role in Peterborough with a generous pension and benefits package. The role requires strong governance, cross-team coordination, and the ability to challenge delivery teams while maintaining delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio/programme/PMO delivery environments.
• Able to translate complex delivery information into clear insights.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
• Desirable: experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide management and oversight of Price Control Deliverables across AMP8.
• Provide accurate, forward-looking reporting on delivery performance and regulatory commitments.
• Consolidate data, risks and delivery information from multiple teams into a single view.
• Identify emerging delivery risks and drive actions to completion.
• Establish governance, controls and evidence management processes.
• Coordinate assurance activities and respond to scrutiny.
