Safeline in Warwick is seeking a Prevention and Early Intervention Children and Young People’s Coordinator to support vulnerable youth and help protect them from abuse. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a hybrid working pattern office-based in Warwick.
The successful candidate will work with the team to deliver prevention and early intervention programmes, gather evidence of impact for funders, and maintain safeguarding standards. Salary is £27,500 plus benefits.

To help us successfully address the many challenges children and young people face, we want to strengthen our team by recruiting an experienced, motivated, coordinator to deliver meaningful support to the young people needed.
Job Title: Prevention and Early Intervention Children and Young People’s Coordinator
Reports to: Head of Prevention and Early Intervention Manager.
Salary: £27,500

Contract: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. (some evening work may be required).
Location: Hybrid role- office based in Warwick, covering Warwickshire.
Identify personal development and training needs to maintain professional knowledge and performance. To attend and contribute to line management, annual appraisals and staff meetings.
