Job summary

The Automobile Association is recruiting a Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician to deliver prestige roadside support and high-quality repairs. You will work with JLR tools and diagnostics, ensuring customers are kept informed and satisfied from arrival to completion.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Ability to diagnose and repair Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
• Strong customer communication to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer tools.
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to repair completion.
• Handle warranty work, roadside diagnostics and advanced repairs.
