Job summary

The Automobile Association (AA) is recruiting a Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician to deliver prestige roadside support in the UK. You will start and end your day with a JLR van and company tools, providing warranty work, diagnostics and advanced repairs with exceptional customer focus.

This role combines cutting-edge technology with a customer-first approach. Expect a competitive base salary of £38,270 and realistic OTE of £50,000+, plus extensive training, generous holidays and a company

Qualifications

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer tools.
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of repair.
• Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs.
• Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools and uniform.
• Work 40 hours/week with a 7am-9pm shift range and flexible standby hours.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Confident, independent and customer focused.
• Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside support for JLR vehicles using manufacturer tools.
• Own the customer experience from arrival to completion of repair.
• Carry out warranty work, roadside diagnostics and advanced repairs.
• Operate with a JLR van and equipment, ensuring readiness at shift start.
• Maintain a 40-hour week within the stated shift range and standby times.
