Job summary

The Automobile Association is recruiting a Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician in Wilmslow. You will provide prestige roadside support using JLR diagnostics, taking ownership of the customer experience from arrival to repair completion.

With a 40-hour week (7am–9pm shift range and standby hours), you’ll work with two iconic brands, supported by industry-leading training, a company van from Day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward skill and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).
• Shift pattern includes 7am–9pm with standby hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warranty roadside support and advanced repairs using manufacturer tools.
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of repair.
• Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
