Sytner Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham. You will lead a diverse team across new and used car sales, F&I exposure, marketing and customer relations, with a focus on profitability and superior service.

The role requires proven automotive sales leadership, ability to drive targets, and experience negotiating with HNWI clients. Requires Saturday work on a rota and a strong track record of results within a premium automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales management.
• Experience leading a multi-channel sales team.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the new and used vehicle departments to maximise profitability.
• Manage annual sales forecasts and communicate targets to the team.
• Hire and monitor sales executives and business managers; conduct motivational meetings.
• Deliver sales mentoring and ongoing performance coaching; Saturday rota coverage.
