The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in press manufacturing, with knowledge of setting and operating industrial presses. Commutable from Redditch and surrounding areas, with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in press manufacturing / press shop operations.
• Experience setting and operating industrial presses and press tooling.
• Good understanding of press setup, tooling alignment and production requirements.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate hydraulic/mechanical presses and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and support production to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
