Job Opportunity: Press Brake Operator

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are currently seeking a Press Brake Operator to join a thriving manufacturing company based near Witham St Hughs, Lincoln.

As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll be a key member of a skilled production team, operating precision machinery to produce high-quality metal components. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable and supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company committed to investing in their people. Permanent contracts will be offered after 12 weeks worked through Pertemps.

What will I be paid?

Hourly rate negotiable – based on experience and skillset.

What will I be doing as a Press Brake Operator?

• Operating CNC Press Brake machines to bend and shape metal components to specification
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Conducting quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
• Keeping workstations clean and equipment maintained
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
• Reporting any issues or defects to supervisors promptly

What skills and experience do I need?

• Previous experience operating Press Brake machinery is desirable
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Reliable transport to reach site

Working hours:

Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 15:30 (plus overtime)
