Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in King's Lynn, England, is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with experience using Bystronic press brake machines to join our steel fabrication team. You will set up, program and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend, form and shape steel components to precise specifications, reading engineering drawings and work orders.

This role requires performing quality checks, maintaining tooling, and adhering to health and safety procedures while keeping the workspace

Qualifications

• Experience with Bystronic press brake machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to set up and program CNC press brakes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bystronic CNC press brake machines to manufacture parts according to engineering drawings and job specifications
• Interpret technical drawings and work orders accurately
• Select appropriate tooling and machine parameters for each job
• Program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and accuracy
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools
• Ensure all parts meet tolerance and quality standards
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or production issues
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
