Job summary

ADE Power Ltd is seeking a skilled Press Brake & Guillotine Operator to join our Prep Team. You will operate guillotine, press brake, CNC plasma cutter and band saw to prepare metal components for fabrication and paint, reading 2D drawings and ensuring quality.

Role offers a 4-day week, 40 hours per week (2pm–12:30am, Mon–Thu) with a competitive hourly rate up to £17.38 plus 20% shift allowance and extensive benefits including holiday entitlement and health perks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating guillotine, press brake, CNC plasma, or band saw machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and workshop safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate guillotine, press brake, CNC plasma cutter, and band saw to prepare metal components.
• Set up machines according to production plans and technical drawings.
• Load/unload materials safely and efficiently and perform routine maintenance.
