Timberwise (UK) Ltd is seeking a Preservation Sales Surveyor to cover the Bristol area. You will conduct face-to-face surveys, develop a dedicated surveying region, and sell the company’s preservation products and services. Travel across the region is required.

The role requires timber/damp knowledge, building construction understanding, and a sales mindset. CSTDB and CSSW are preferred; excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber and damp or property surveying.
• Sales background and ability to develop surveying area.
• Good knowledge of building construction and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Day to day surveying and face-to-face client contact.
• Develop a dedicated surveying area.
