Job summary

3Search is seeking a presentation designer to craft engaging presentations and data visuals. You will transform complex content into clear, compelling layouts, leveraging typography and hierarchy to guide audiences.

The role involves turning information into visually strong stories while producing supplementary materials such as banners and social assets. You will manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, applying adaptable design judgment to balance creative quality and production

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Advanced PowerPoint capability with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Adaptable approach: know when to apply thoughtful design versus efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging presentations that combine narrative structure with clear, purposeful visual design.
• Turn complex content into accessible layouts, graphics and data visualisations.
• Use typography, hierarchy, pacing and composition to improve understanding.
• Recognise when content needs restructuring and recommend improvements, not just visuals.
• Produce supporting materials such as fact sheets, banners, social assets, email templates and one-pagers.
