Job summary

IMG is seeking a senior presentation designer to own the creation of commercial partnerships and pitch decks. You will translate complex strategies into clear visual stories, develop design systems, and lead collaborative delivery across global teams.

You will work with PowerPoint, Canva and the Adobe suite, applying brand guidelines and exploring new AI-enabled tools to accelerate storytelling while maintaining craft.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in presentation design, graphic design or creative communications.
• Strong portfolio of commercial presentations, pitch design and editorial storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; strong InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience applying brand guidelines and partner IP across multiple deliverables.
• Familiarity with AI or emerging creative tools in a quality-led design process.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design development of commercial partnership proposals, RFPs, sales decks and collaboration materials.
• Translate complex strategies into clear, persuasive visual narratives with strong hierarchy.
• Develop visual territories, layouts and design systems for distinctive yet deliverable decks.
• Lead the full Marketing Solutions process from brief to editable final files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefs and guide visual direction.
• Maintain high standards for typography, grid, color and information density across outputs.
• Use PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects to produce polished deliverables.
• Help evolve templates, workflows and tooling for consistent, efficient output.
