Job summary

Wildflower Twickenham is seeking a Preschool Room Leader to guide a lively room with confidence, energy and consistency. This full‑time, 38‑hour role is based at Wildflower Twickenham and forms part of the Wildflower Nurseries & Preschool family, delivering high‑quality practice every day.

• Qualified with a full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experienced in working with preschool-aged children.
• Confident leading a room and mentoring a team.
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS and school readiness.
• Natural leader with energy, positivity and consistency.
• Creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas.
• Passionate about giving children the best start to their learning journey.
