This is an exciting opportunity to help realise our shared ambition of delivering a great education for every child within a caring and stimulating environment.**About the role**In this role you will be a key part of our Early Years team, ensuring that every child's learning and developmental needs are met through engaging activities and thoughtful care. You will work closely with the Preschool Manager to implement individual childcare plans and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both children and their families.**Your core responsibilities will include:*** Contributing to the planning of activities and participating in community events to maintain a positive profile for the Pre-School.* Assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of children's progress while maintaining accurate records and reports.* Working alongside the EYFS team, volunteers, and external agencies to provide the best possible services to our families.* Ensuring the setting complies with OFSTED regulations and health and safety policies.* Maintaining resources and equipment to ensure the smooth and safe running of our facilities.**About you**We are looking for a professional who is deeply committed to the safeguarding and well-being of young people.
