Job summary

Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s development within a warm, safe setting.

You will foster a love of learning, work with colleagues and parents, and uphold safeguarding standards while supporting a diverse range of children in our Bracknell nursery.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience delivering engaging EYFS activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Pre School

Salary level 3– £28,072 - £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary level 2– £27,009 - £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
