Presales Solutions Consultant - Dutch or Swedish

The Solutions Org drives customer acquisition and accelerates revenue growth through mastery of strategic sales and Asana platform expertise. We are trusted advisors for prospects and clients, bridging the gaps between the voice of business and the voice of the customer, gathering insights to evolve our software platform and enable teams worldwide to work effortlessly now and in the future.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will support prospects in EMEA North (UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux) to understand the value of Asana. Your deep product knowledge and ability to translate customer needs into solutions will support our EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller, helping them move towards closing deals.

This role is based in our London office with a hybrid schedule: in-office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, with options to work from home on Wednesdays. Fridays' work arrangement depends on your tasks and team collaborations. Your recruiter will provide more details during the interview process.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Be a thought leader in AI-powered Collaborative Work Management
  • Partner with Sales to develop account strategies for key clients
  • Deeply understand customer needs and demonstrate how Asana addresses those pain points
  • Identify and scale solution-selling best practices within the Revenue organization
  • Position Asana as a market leader in collaborative work management
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to achieving Asana’s revenue goals
  • Help customers envision innovative ways of working
  • Support presale activities such as office hours and content creation
About You
  • 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of IT systems in a business context
  • Experience in product demonstrations and customer Proof of Concepts
  • Conversational knowledge of JSON and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, automation) and business models
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or Swedish preferred
  • Located in London and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site customer engagements
