Pre-sales Solutions Architect – Professional Services

Salary: Up to £140,000 plus benefits package

Location: Hybrid, London (1–2 days per month onsite)

I'm currently partnered with a leader in professional services who are looking for an experienced Pre-sales Solutions Architect to join their high-performing team. This is a key role where you'll combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to craft compelling, innovative solutions that drive business growth.

As a Pre-sales Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with the sales and delivery teams, translating complex business requirements into powerful solution designs. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you'll play a vital role in shaping the client journey from initial engagement through to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning technical strategies.
  • Design solution architectures that are scalable, innovative, and aligned with client goals.
  • Deliver impactful demos, presentations, and proposals that clearly communicate value.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective clients, simplifying complex concepts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Provide technical input into bids, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring a clear path from concept to delivery.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or client-facing solutions architect role.
  • A deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and modern architectural principles.
  • A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for solving problems creatively.
