About the Role
The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels, both technically and in business discussions.
Central to the role is the creation and review of compelling solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work documents.
The role involves liaising with other Nasstar teams including Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Service teams. Flexibility for remote work and business travel is required.
The candidate should have experience and confidence to advise clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, with a focus on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Solutions Architect operates in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own the customer’s technology strategy. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests from existing customers and RFI/ITT engagements for secure connectivity products and services. The candidate will manage the technical aspects of the sales process and create customer-facing artefacts.
